Hello.

As the new board of a group of volunteers we inherited a dropbox folder of the group's activities last year.

We have re-structured the content and have included a folder with logons to servers, mail etc, which not all members of the Board folder need see.

Apart from excluding the folder from sharing by moving it out of the commonly sharing folder, is there a way within the free version of DB to exclude individual members from this particular folder?

best, kk

No, everybody who has access to a shared folder can see everything in it.

If you want to have different security permissions you need the other files in a different folder structure.
