error 404 can't find file

Hi all,

My recipients keep getting error 404 can't find file. I've tested myself in private window and getting the same problem. It works when I'm signed in. I've checked the link and it's current. I've checked settings and it's set to anyone with link can edit. Appreciate your help.

Are you able to create new ones for other files?
