You can use a File Request to allow people to upload files to you. Pass the link from the File Request through any QR code generator service.

if a guest doesn't have a dropbox account, will this still work or will they be required to create one/download app in order to upload photos?
thanks!!!

File Requests don't require a Dropbox account for the person uploading. They'll just need to enter their name and email address.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have set up the file request and generated the QR code (ADOBE - free) and it's working perfectly in my document to send the photos to the designated dropbox folder. So thrilled!
Is there a setting that will allow guests to see the photos others have uploaded when they upload theirs? If so, would I need to regenerate the QR code to enable it?
Thanks again for your help!

No, but you can create a view-only Shared Link to the same folder you're using for the File Request, and then create a second QR code for it. Basically you'd have one code to upload and another to view.

Hope it’s OK to jump in, marci_risch! When sending someone a file request, they can’t see the rest of the files being added to your Dropbox account, but only the ones they upload. These files are basically uploaded to a folder in your Dropbox account that they can’t access.
If you want them to have view-only access to it though, you can generate a separate shared link instead (this is just for viewing the files, and not for uploading).
Hope this helps!
