can somebody tell me what i did wrong that i receive that tpe of message while tried to share my folder and files?

The dropbox staff member seems confused by this, he has asked someone else to review it

Thanks for the info, I can see on the system that they have forwarded the ticket to a specialist team to look into this matter in more detail.
