Whenever me and my two friends try to use our own Dropbox accounts to create a link to share files with friends, and anyone clicks on that link in both Chrome and Firefox, we are met with the following error message:

"Error

Something went wrong. Don`t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help center and forums for help, or head back to home."

Hey @MusicDudeNick! Hope you’re well.

To clarify, you’re not facing any issues while creating the shared links, but only when opening them later on. Correct?

Is this happening for any file or folder you create a link to? For how long have you been experiencing this issue?

Do you see the same thing even if you open an incognito window and don’t log in to any Dropbox account there?

Let me know.

Thanks for posting here too, @Abraham21! Have you also tested this via an incognito window?

Did this only start happening recently? Is this only an issue when opening shared links from other users or links that you've created on your end, as well?

It looks like the issue went away. It was only happening when anyone tried to open a freshly created link that I shared them. It seems to not be happening today. But it only started happening yesterday afternoon.
