We can no longer add comments on Dropbox Paper, why?

We can no longer add comments on Dropbox Paper, why?

Yesterday on Dropbox Paper the facility to add comments on paper pages totally stopped working. This is very frustrating as we use paper pages for planning and lots of comments are no longer visible and can't add new comments to existing or new pages.

Tested with multiple computers, accounts and web browsers - comments have gone...

Any options to troubleshoot this or any support from Dropbox?

Hi @Rustle, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We're not experiencing this behavior on our accounts. Could you attach a screenshot or screencast to illustrate what you're seeing?

Is this on any Paper document you're using? Are you using Dropbox team or personal accounts?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi, I'm using Dropbox Advanced for teams & this issue is happening on all our team accounts and on all paper documents.

I'm unable to add a screenshot - can you also provide support for this?

Hi Jay, thanks. Yes it had been turned off but I'm the only admin & I didn't do it!

No worries, I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve this matter.

It shouldn't be possible to enable this setting without having access to the admin console.
