Video files failing to open on Google and Safari through a shared link

Video files failing to open on Google and Safari through a shared link

I am trying to send two short movies to two colleagues but both are unable to open the file.  One has Android Google and the film is greyed out and the other has this message 'Safari cannot open this page because the address is invalid'.  In both cases I am using the share link.   Any suggestions please.

Sorry to hear about this, @dollypantry.

How large (in size) are the files in question?

If you open the link on your end, from a browser that is not signed in to your Dropbox account, are you able to view the videos as normal?

Let me know and we'll go from there.
