Hey arnets10! Welcome to the forum.
Are you having this issue when uploading photos from your computer to the Dropbox website? Or is this happening on a different platform?
If this is regarding the Dropbox website, have you tried switching browsers, or testing this with your mobile browser after connecting to cellular data?
Let me know more details.

Im sorry, ive been using Dropbox of many years, all through the website, moving photos back and forth. Used different websites. the upload speed now makes it completely unusable, same files ive loaded a hundred times in 20 min, now takes many hours.

Hi arnets10, Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

it can be due to internet issue changing the browser switch your internet connection it will work.
