No videos have been uploaded from my Netatmo Presence since 17th July 2021.

You'll need to reach out to Netatmo for support with their products. Dropbox cannot provide support for third-party applications or products.

My videos are now uploading to Dropbox. This was thanks to Netatmo sorting out their software problems.
