Try while connecting to a different network, either another WiFi or mobile data and let us know if the issue persists then as well.

Hi Hannah,
It’s significantly faster if I change to mobile data so the issue is definitely linked to my home wifi network.
Dropbox is the only issue I have with uploads or downloads over multiple devices over wifi.

Hi again! Since the issue seems to be related indeed to your WiFi connection, have you tried to restart your router? It may help.

Yes I have as mentioned in reply 2.
In another current thread it appears to be related to MTU size. I can not change that setting.
Looks like I’ll have to try another service.
