Unable to view files or sync to file explorer
Shared files in Dropbox, cannot be accessed in File Explorer.
Made sure that 'Available online files' is switched on, uninstalled-reinstalled Dropbox, and waited overnight to finish the sync, but just made it worse.
Cannot do 'Make available offline,' as it will eat up local storage.

Hi there, michael galve, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, do you mean that you have some (shared) files in your account on dropbox.com, which have not synced to your Dropbox folder in file explorer at all?
Any additional info you can give me on the situation, would be really useful.
Also, please let me know what you see when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.
Thanks.

-Yes

-I can open the Dropbox, and stating that all files are sync'd. But when trying to access the files of Shared Dropbox folder, through File Explorer, it's showing file unavailable/file format is invalid. While, files are accessible through web access/version.

I think I got it fixed, after doing chkdsk /r
Restarted, and seems that files are starting to be accessible in File Explorer.
I'll update this thread, if issue would still persists.
