Syncing a file like a mirror between two folders.

There's not an actual way for you to mirror the file, so both versions are identically syncing, however there are some workarounds.
You can always copy the file, and keep a different copy in the two different file paths. However, if you update one version, the other one wouldn't be updated.
Or you can keep it in the desired file path, and share it with a shared link, and view only access, so people can't edit it.

How or what formst could this link would have to be in order to be sitting in the folder?
Let me know what could you suggest? And is the link available to sync ?
