Sync is getting stuck and won't complete
Sync never finishes, Every morning I check the status in the Dropbox app. It's the same 26GB that never completes. I am only using 32% of my Dropbox account, so it's not the size. I'm up to date ...

You could try finding and moving it out of the Dropbox folder petrusrung22 - renaming it might also help.
Have you rebooted your computer at all lately by the way?

Sorry to hear about this, Michel G.7.
If you simply hover over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar, which version of the app do you see, and what's the exact sync status?
Also, if you click on the Dropbox icon, then on your profile pic and then on "view sync issues", do you see anything there?

Hi, and thank you,
The version number is : 187.4.5691
The sync status is as on the screen capture : synchronisation (in French).
No sync issues.

Hi Michel G.7, can you try to make sure that all other apps are closed and that there's no antivirus, firewall, VPN etc. running, and then close and start the Dropbox app again?
Also, can you please right click on your local Dropbox folder, go to “Get info”, and send me a screenshot of the next window you’ll see?

Hi Michel G.7, do you have any syncing icons on any files or folders in the Dropbox folder in Finder when you view it directly?
