Sync is getting stuck and won't complete
Sync never finishes, Every morning I check the status in the Dropbox app. It's the same 26GB that never completes. I am only using 32% of my Dropbox account, so it's not the size. I'm up to date ...

You could try finding and moving it out of the Dropbox folder petrusrung22 - renaming it might also help.
Have you rebooted your computer at all lately by the way?

Hi from me too, JasonC32!
You can check your app’s version by hovering over the small Dropbox icon in your system tray (right before you open the menu showing in your screenshot).
Just to clarify, does the number of the syncing files seem to change at all, or is it completely stuck?
Also, the .mov files that you’re having trouble syncing at the moment, can you let me know what’s their approximate size?

Good Morning Nancy,
Apologies for the delayed response. I have been on-site all week.
I hover over the app icon and it only tells me the sync status, see the following screenshot;
The amount of sync files doesn't change, it just flicks up and down with duration, but number of files remains complete.
The approx. size of the currently files stuck in syncing is as follows;
- IMG_7587 = 10.5 MB
- IMG_7588 = 10.8 MB
- IMG_7583 = 11.2 MB
Thank you.

Hi JasonC32, sorry to jump in here, but could you try fixing your hardlinks and permissions as outlined here and let us know if that changes things?

Hi Megan,
Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue. Also, DropBox is telling me that there isn't any issues with syncing.
I'm really lost as to what the problem is here...
Thank you.

Hi JasonC32, how many files do you have on your account?
You can see this by right-clicking on your Dropbox folder, and then check its properties.
Also, it might sound trivial, but have you tried signing out of the app, then back in?
