Subfolder Access for all our users.
I have a folder with the shared settings set as "Anyone with the link can view", and our team creates subfolders within. The challenge is any new subfolders do not carry the same "Anyone with the link can view" setting, forcing us to manually change the shared settings for any subfolders therein.
Is there a better way to enable a folder and ALL contents within be accessible by "Anyone"?

Hi jeffreysd, let's jump right into this!
Just to make sure we're on the same page here, allow me to recap: it seems you're sharing a folder, using a shared link with people.
You chose to share the link and allow people with the link to view the content, but that doesn't apply to folders within, right? If I missed anything, feel free to clarify!
Do you simply want to give access to the folder's content to people? Do they get any errors when trying to access the files in there?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
That is correct, no error messages are appearing. They are simply forced to "request access"- NancyDropbox Staff
Hey jeffreysd! Hope you’re doing well.
I also understand you're part of a Business team, correct?
Is this happening for the rest of the team members, or do people outside of your Business team attempt to access the shared link, and they can’t?
If the latter, and you’re not the admin, have you checked with them to make sure they haven’t changed any external sharing settings via their Admin Console?
