Dropbox has been stuck “scanning your photo library” the last several times I’ve tried to backup my photos. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
What helped in my case was to disable battery optimization for continuous photo upload.
This is still happening on my phone - it's stuck on "Scanning your photo library" and will occasionally switch briefly to the uploading bar with a couple hundred photos but then go right back to scanning. I tried deleting and reinstalling app and restarting. Any updates @Dropbox on how to fix this?
Hi @sks14, if you're experiencing this issue, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate in more detail on their end.

Yes, on iPhone 15. Closing the app, then power cycling iPhone fixed the issue.
