I am experiencing less than 10MB/s upload on a connection which I have 1GB dedicated.
I can confirm the upload speed of my connection to any other server or speedtest is 1GB when testing.
I have enabled No Limit in the Dropbox app.
Dropbox support claim they do not throttle the connection.
I have 27TB of data online with Dropbox currently - I have been carrying out some reorganisation of large amounts of files and data online recently - will this impact current speeds?

I just checked back on your ticket and I can see that the expert handling your request has responded.
I'd recommend getting back to them through email for further assistance, if needed.

Just to prove that my speed is as I have described.
Dropbox still ultra slow on both native app and Synology Cloud Sync.
Thanks for the info. As you're still in contact with the specialist team, I'd recommend continuing with them as they have access to more account and device-specific information.
