My laptop isn't syncing with my mobile app.

Hello,

First started using the mobile app and then the desktop option on my laptop. I made many changes on the laptop, but not all of the changes are reflected on the mobile app. I don't want to do any more work on the files if they're not syncing. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks so much!

Hey @Rox13, welcome to our Community! 

 

The first thing we need to check is that the desktop app's syncing status is "up-to-date". Can you check and let me know? 

 

If you visit your account online, are you able to locate the changes you made there?
