You need to provide more information.

Are you getting any error messages? Is the Dropbox application installed and running? If so, what version is it? You can hover your cursor over the icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) to check it's version and status. What operating system and version are you running.

Hey Rich. Thanks.
app version is 398.2.2. Hope that’s what you mean. Me and my collegue work with Apple. Latest versions. Dropbox syncs nowhere. I can save my documents and she hers, but we don’t see eachothers documents.

Hi @Vlnk, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do your files appear on the Dropbox site when you save files in the Dropbox folder in Finder?

Are you using shared folders, and have you added each other to the folders?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay,

thanks for your help.

No they don’t appear on the dropbox site. And yes we use shared folders. And untill a couple of weeks ago, everything functioned without any problems.

Hey @Vlnk - could you please clarify how exactly you're uploading your files to your shared folders?

If they're not appearing on the website then the files aren't syncing up from the computer. Are you sure the Dropbox application is running and visible in the menu bar? Do any files outside of the shared folders (i.e. your own files, not shared files) sync and can you see the latest changed on the website? Does your Events page show any recent file activity?

That’s the problem that the files are not syncing. But not only from my devices, my collegue has the same problems. Yes the application is running, and no I cannot see any file activity on the website. Can anyone come with a solution or tips instead of more questions? 😉

And have you made sure that the app is syncing normally in your system tray/menu bar both on your and your colleague's end @Vlnk

Could you maybe send us a screenshot of the app's status so that we can have a visual too?
