Hi~The Dropbox files on my desktop are not syncing with my laptop or phone and vice versa. What can I do to ensure all of them are syncing at once? Thanks!
Is Dropbox running?
Mouse over its icon on the status bar (bit near the clock) to see what it is saying.
If you dont see its icon run it from the start menu/app folder, or, reinstall: www.dropbox.com/downloading

Thanks for your reply. No message displays over the icon. I reinstalled the link you sent and it's still the same.
Hey @IWE! Hope you’re doing well.
Can you please let me know the OS version of your desktop?
Also, to clarify, are you seeing the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar after reinstalling? If yes, I’d like you to click on it and send me a screenshot of what you see next.
