Migrated to new MacBook: Dropbox files are showing but not accessible from new machine

I just finished migrating to a new MacBook Pro from my previous MacBook Air.  Everything appears to have come over but none of my Dropbox files showing in the new machines Finder app are accessible.  Is there a trick to disassociate them from the old laptop?

Hi there @Derek-M-1 - sorry to hear about this.

Can you please let me know the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?

Also, did you make sure that you're logged into the same account as your previous computer?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there, Derek.
