Does anyone have experience related to the subject matter? The job page simply goes back to the top page when you hit submit. Google shows that this issue has been raised before, but the concern has been archived by Dropbox.
Downdetector does not show that there is a downtime at the time of compiling this report.

Can you try to fill out the form again using a different browser or a private browsing window and see if that helps?
