It's my first time using Dropbox Backup and I wanted to backup my external hard drive before I change the settings on it. On the Dropbox Backup homepage, it says backup is completed, but when I click to view backed up files, only my folders are there and nothing else. I've checked on multiple computers and still nothing. Please help.

To make sure we’re on the same page, have you checked your Backup page online and none of your files are there?

Yes. Only my folders are there. All my folders say 0 items.
Hey @borii, have you restarted your computer, to see if that makes any difference?
If not, can you send us a screenshot showing that your backup appears as complete?
