I am looking to see if there is an easy solution to have a single asset live in two folder.  

For example, Upload a stock video into a Client Facing Folder, that also would appear in a Agency Folder without having to copy/paste or upload to both.

Dropbox has no such functionality.

What do Dropbox user levels mean?
