How to upload folders on iPad?

How to upload folders on iPad?

I use iPad with latest iPadOS. I can not upload a folder. Neither in Dropbox app, files app, or in safari !? There is no option for that? Done it hundreds of times in windows,


what’s am I missing?

Hey @Björn H.2, thanks for posting your question to the Dropbox Community!

 

At the moment, it's not possible to upload folders to Dropbox using a mobile device/tablet, only files.

 

A workaround would be to create a new folder through the app and then upload just the contents of your folder to that.

Well, the Contents  is more folders, besides files. iPhones and iPads have been around for almost 15 years… so it cant come as a surprise for Dropbox there are iPhones and iPads?

Hi @Björn H.2, could you clarify the steps you took, when trying to upload content using the Files app?

 

Also, where is the folder that you want to copy/move the content from? Is it in your documents, or photos maybe?
