How to upload Iphone live photos?

I paid for 2tb dropbox account but now I can’t backup my live photos, i took dropbox because of online-only option but why live photos is ignored? I believe its a important future

    Hi mtkrimi, thanks for posting today.

     

    It is possible to upload Live Photos by enabling that option in the Videos section of the camera upload settings.

Jay Hannah Live Photos are still not viewable. Any suggestions?

i am having the exact same issue.   live photos back up, but when saved and then re-viewed, they are only static photos.  can they be backed up as live photos?

    I haven’t found a solution for this and Dropbox hasn’t addressed it. I have to have Live Photos so I’ll be cancelling and moving on.

    It’s completely ridiculous the top backup service will not back up apple Live Photos from its all like every other photo backup. Even free Amazon backs up Live Photos. I really don’t understand what these guys are thinking, I’m a very disgruntled customer!
