If you have a Dropbox Sign account, you can indeed follow the steps that you mentioned above, to send a reminder for a signature request.
Did you have any issues sending a reminder after following those steps?

Yes, i have the dropbox sign account and making payment monthly.

Please note that since your UI changed, the instruction has not been updated so I followed the steps on the website and it does not work.

Hi BarbaraVer, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running and clearing your cache?
