I have an eBook that I have on DB and use a shared link to access it. I just discovered that all the Shared Links with my Subscription Level (Dropbox Plus) doesn't allow you to change that setting. It is a large jump in price to host just a couple of things. Does anyone know how long a Link is good in Dropbox Plus? Also, is there anywhere else we can share it without paying the exorbitant prices for that simple function?
You're all set, @KC805! Please reply back to my email, when you get the chance, and we'll take it from there.

The Link expired again and still doesn't work. I guess there is no fixing it. Not sure why it keeps expiring.
I have a website where people can sign up for a free ebook. The Website form sends the request to my email service who manages the email confirmation and sends out the link to the subscriber. The link keeps expiring. Help Desk hasn't been able to figure it out. Does anyone have any idea why my link keeps expiring?
Hi there @KC805 - I'd recommend getting back to the expert who was handling your case with this information so that they can assist further.
Let us know if you have anything else to add or ask in the meantime.

Hi Walter,
I tried, but she closed the ticket.
I am not sure what else to do. It just keeps randomly telling me the link expired. I may have to find another solution for sharing documents. What do you think?
Thanks, Kristi
Did you try replying back to the ticket to open a follow up ticket for your case @KC805?
