How i can take support from Dropbox? I can't share my files

I can't share files. Dropbox directs me to contact support, but there is nothing except a chat bot. Where can I write to support? Are there instructions for contacting this support?

I have free account and yesterday i can't share my files. Help me please. 

You can't share files due to a possible virus. I scanned the computer - nothing.

bobbygtx, are you getting this error perhaps? If yes, are you still seeing the same thing, or has the ban been lifted?
