I can't share files. Dropbox directs me to contact support, but there is nothing except a chat bot. Where can I write to support? Are there instructions for contacting this support?
Your support options depend upon what plan you pay for. If its free the only support is the chat bot and here.

I have free account and yesterday i can't share my files. Help me please.
You can't share files due to a possible virus. I scanned the computer - nothing.
@bobbygtx, are you getting this error perhaps? If yes, are you still seeing the same thing, or has the ban been lifted?
