How do I automatically create a file in a folder when a file is created in another specific folder?

Let's say I create a new file in a folder, call it Folder A, on my personal account.  Whenever a new file appears in Folder A, I want that file copied to Folder B on my friend's account.  Can this be done with Teams or another way?  It seems like a simple program to do.

Hi shaneh, thanks for messaging the Community!

While we do have some automation features on the Dropbox site, currently, there isn't an option to copy a file to another location.

There may be some other third party apps or services that can link with Dropbox to provide the same function. If you have the Dropbox folder syncing to your machine, those might be able to work from there as well.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
