Files aren't syncing from the Dropbox site to my computer

On the Drobpox website, a file has 3 PDFs in it, which I just downloaded and printed. However, on my desktop application, that folder only contains 2 documents and I am not able to open either of them.

Hi @fernandaverruck, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Is the Dropbox desktop application running and syncing on your computer? 

 

What is the current status of the app when you click the icon on the system tray/menu bar, in the message on the bottom left?

 

This will help me to assist further!
