Existing shared links are giving an error and can't create new ones

Hi, in my company we are working with shared links which we send out to some of our customers. It has worked as intended until yesterday when it all of a sudden stopped working. The links that have been created can't be opened, and it won't create new shared links. When we try to open the shared links, that have been working before, we get the following error message:

That didn't work for some reason

If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help.

Why does this happen and we need it fixed ASAP. We are using Dropbox Business Standard

Hey there @MortenStrand - sorry to hear about this.

 

It sounds like your shared links might have been banned. Have you tried reaching out to our support team directly for further assistance?

 

If so, you can share your ticket ID with us so that we can look it up in our system as well.

Hi @Walter 

Yes I have reached out to the support team, but I am still waiting for their response.

I have got the following Ticket #23915423.

 

Is there any other option you can recommend? It dont seems like the issue is that we are banned for sharing
