Error when trying to create new files or share existing ones

Hi

Ive taken over the admin of my triathlon club's accounts so have full admin rights.
One of the guys has an issue with accessing files. Ive tried giving him permission but when I do it just gives me a Couldnt share but it might work if you reload the page and try again error.
Ive then tried all sorts copying the folder and adding him (same error)
I then tried to just create a test folder and I just get "Cant create folder"
Im not at a size limit 500mb of 2gb storage limit.
Is there another amount of users/hard limit on share size for free accounts?

Hey @bassmanadz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Have you tried signing in to the account from a different browser, or a private browsing window, to see if you still get the same error?

Yep tried Chrome and Edge and a private browser, same errors on all three

I think its my work security controls.
Ive just logged in on my phone and I was able to add a user.
