Did you make this change by deleting the link or file, or did you change the permissions of the link for it to only be accessible to team members?

Let’s say under either circumstance. If a person clicks on a link and it takes them to a page that says “you no longer have access”, is the account owner notified

Would there be any way for the account owner to see if someone clicked the link? In a security alert or anything like that or an audit log

Currently, there isn't a method to do what you're asking on the Dropbox site.
