Documents in my shared folder are not updated
Hello,
I have a shared folder in my Dropbox with my boss. The problem I have is that when I update a document or a database (Excel), or even when I create a new folder and move the documents, my boss is not updated with all the movements I made.
Does anyone know what this is due to? Or how can I solve this problem so that my boss can see any changes I make to the shared folder?
All the changes I make are updated to other members of the folder, except for my boss's Dropbox.

Hi there Edwin RV - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if your boss is working on a computer via the desktop app, on a mobile device using the mobile app or maybe through a web browser only?
Are they able to see your edits in the shared folder if they navigate their account online?
