I have a Basic account and have shared a few folders. One of these shared folders includes a recently deleted account. I can see a red "deleted" by the person's user name. Just curious how long that will be there before dropping off?
Hi @JohnK37, let's jump right into this!
Do you mean how long the username will remain in the list of the shared folder's members?
If not, feel free to clarify and let me know more. Also, if I understood this correctly, it sounds like you're the folder's owner, am I right?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
Yes. How long will the deleted account remain listed as a member of the shared folder?
Also, yes I am the owner.
Great question, @JohnK37!
Give me some time to check in with our Team about that, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi @Megan, have you been able to find anything out? I did read that data from deleted accounts is removed after 30 days so am wondering if that’s includes being listed as a member of a shared folder.
