Customers having issues accessing my shared links

Customers having issues accessing my shared links

Karen Kohn
New member | Level 2

I sell digital downloads and use Dropbox to share my files.

Several of my customers are having issues accessing files today using the link I have always sent out.

Any ideas? Is there some maintenance going on that I'm unaware of?

Here's one of my messages from a customers:

"I followed all directions, tried on two browsers on my computer, tried from my iPad, and then from my phone and nothing. The link above is not working either. I cleared my cache and even searched how to troubleshoot drop box and then followed those steps too. I will keep trying. When I click the link it just takes me to a blank dropbox page - nothing is there. No files, nothing. It is like it will not even load."

The link she's referring to is a direct link to the product she ordered.

All services are up and running.

Have you tried the link yourself? Asked for a screen shot of error?
