Hi,
I can’t find the function “file request” in my iOS App. Is that because I only have a basic account? If not, where can i find it?
Hi @Tom Tom, thanks for joining the Community!
Currently, the option to create file requests can be done on the Dropbox site and the Dropbox desktop application.
The option to do so on the mobile app isn't available at this time.
If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future!

You can log into dropbox using one of the apps on your phone (ex. safari, chrome, firefox, etc.). When you see the File Request folder, click on the 3 dotted line to get the options menu. Just as in the desktop version, click on Request Files from the Activity menu.
It worked. I tried it.
