All my files started re-syncing and the app is still 'indexing'
My dropbox is stuck syncing all the folders linked to my account - roughly 350,000 files. This occurred randomly. I've since paused all syncing but then when I need to go to sync specific files it do...

Here’s what you can try:
- Check Preferences: Open Dropbox Preferences, go to the Sync tab, and ensure only the necessary folders are selected for syncing.
- Pause and Resume Syncing: Pause syncing, wait a few minutes, and then resume syncing to see if it helps with indexing.
- Restart Dropbox: Quit Dropbox completely and restart it.
- Clear Dropbox Cache: Clear the Dropbox cache by deleting the contents of ~/Dropbox/.dropbox.cache.
- Check for Updates: Ensure you’re using the latest version of Dropbox.
