“.Ai files accepted but something went wrong” when trying to upload a file

Ive trying to upload my project for 4 days! It keeps saying:

“.ai files are accepted but something went wrong”

No explanation given to WHAT went wrong or any further msgs. No google, no Dropbox FAQs, no reddits have answers, idk wtf to do and I have to use Dropbox for the link since my project is too large. I have great internet, enough space on my Dropbox account, I’ve uploaded one time before with no issues…. Anyone else experience this? If so please tell me how to fix it, I’m on a severe deadline!!

Sorry to hear about this, Errbies .

Are you still having this issue?

How large is the file you're trying to upload?

And have you tried a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

    Keep me posted.
