"Permission Denied" startup error on Windows 10

Windows 10 updated and now I can't get dropbox to open or update files. Tried to reinstall but it won't let me open the installer.

Hi @jwc1,

Is your Dropbox folder still on your D drive on the same place or has moved by any chance? Check this and revert previous state. 😉
