Your account can't be updated to the new shared workspace.
Can anyone help with this? Many are finding files are not synching since update ...... Thanks so much

Hi ClaireWright, sorry to hear about this!
Let's try a few things to remedy this. As a first thing, can you try to quit any applications or programs accessing your files?
Feel free to end all active processes in your Task Manager and then restart the device. Make sure to quit any applications that launch automatically on startup while you do that.Let me know of the results!
