Updated to v183.4.7058 and now attempts to access "dropbox.com" are met with a white screen.

Have tried previous suggestions (Cleared the browser cache and viewer history; switched browsers; used another computer).  Cannot access "dropbox.com" to submit problem to customer service.

    Updating the Dropbox application, should definitely not affect your access to the Dropbox site.

     

    Do you see the same using a private browsing/incognito browser as well?

     

    Is it possible that you installed some kind of security app or extension that might be affecting your access to our site?

     

    Let me know what you find.

    Tried an incognito browser with same white screen result this past weekend.  Dropbox seems to be syncing and accepting new folders  across my devices.  It is only when I try to get onto the website or cloud  to do sharing or check some cloud items that I encounter the white screen.

      Have you checked if this is related to some kind of security app that might be blocking your access?
