Updated to v183.4.7058 and now attempts to access "dropbox.com" are met with a white screen.
Have tried previous suggestions (Cleared the browser cache and viewer history; switched browsers; used another computer). Cannot access "dropbox.com" to submit problem to customer service.

Hey HERSHEY212, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Updating the Dropbox application, should definitely not affect your access to the Dropbox site.
Do you see the same using a private browsing/incognito browser as well?
Is it possible that you installed some kind of security app or extension that might be affecting your access to our site?
