Samsung S22 - I need to log in every time

Since switching to s22, I have to log in again every time. In addition, I have to select my offline files every time again an again.
I've been used Dropbox for years in another Samsung phones and everything was ok, until S22.

Hey there @Marcela29, sorry to hear about this.

 

May I ask which version of the Dropbox mobile app you're running?

 

Could you maybe try clearing the app's cache and let us know how it goes?

 

If the issue persists, you can also try uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling it anew.
