Provide support for Dropbox for Microsoft Surface Pro 11

It was shocked to learn that Dropbox isn't available for the new MS Surface Pro machines which use a new ARM processor from Qualcom that make them competitive with Mac M series.  Hopefully this is in the works.  Otherwise Dropbox is providing a sales channel for OneDrive

Hey @DAT2024 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

At this time, Dropbox supports ARM processors for the Windows versions mentioned here. 

If your device's OS isn't listed there, I'm afraid you won't be able to install the regular Dropbox desktop app.
