Password-protected document opens on all my synced computer dropboxes but not when I log in on web dropbox on computer or iPhone.  Tried changing p/w but it still won't open via web. No sync errors, everything else works.

Hey @Stacy18, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

If you've ensured that you're putting the correct password, can you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser?

Let us know how it goes!

Cache wasn't the problem.  Seems that Dropbox can't directly allow access when a password is created within the Word program on the computer.  If I open with "Word for the web" it (eventually) takes me to a place where it accepts the password for a read-only version.  It's not ideal but at least now I can access it (though not make changes) when away from my desk.

@ronniehurst01 if you dont have access to the device that the codes are being sent to then there is no way to get access to the account again.
