Our apps are stuck, after our admin decided to move folders around.
Hi
Not sure where to post this but advice needed please.
Our admin renamed and moved a large quantity of folders last Tuesday since then we are all stuck on syncing or indexing. Issues with our computers have been checked and we reinstalled the app etc and done live chat but nothing seems to be moving. Should it be taking so long and we cannot work like this. We rely heavily on drop box. Our internet connections are fine it is literally just stuck and we have also trued pausing and then syncing. One computer stuck on 157 files, another on 58000 and others within the firm stuck. The update was okay but our admin decided to rejig things and that who would have thought would have cocked everything up. Please help community before we loose our minds!!

Hi Plumbingisace55, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you confirm the version number of the Dropbox desktop application by hovering over the icon in the menu bar?
Can you see which files are indexing according to the Dropbox desktop application? Are there any sync issues showing in the the options under the avatar on the top right?
Also, do you have an open ticket with our Support by any chance?
Keep me posted!
