Hi there, @Majortom67 and thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you elaborate a bit on what you'd like to accomplish?

A screenshot of the issue would also be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Yep! I'm in Dropbox app on an Western Digital MyCloud EX2 Ultra (via browser, either Mac, Win11 or Kubuntu 22.04) and in synchro prefs -> Share Path I can't see my folders (Public, WORKFLOW and STORAGE) and subfolders in order to choose what folders to synchronize.

Hey @Majortom67, this doesn't seem to be directly the Dropbox app, and you also mentioned that you're using your browser.

Is it possible that you're using an API, or a different site?  Would you mind clarifying the steps you follow on your end, please?

Just trying to grasp the full idea, in order to help as much as possible.

Sorry for being confusing. That’s indeed a screenshot from Dropbox app on MyCloud EX2 Ultra. (Desired feature is Selective Sync)

HI @Majortom67, this seems to be an integration from MyCloud to access Dropbox. As it doesn't seem to load the Dropbox section correctly, you might need to contact MyCloud first for further troubleshooting for their app.

To add a bit more clarity to Jay's response, Dropbox doesn't make the apps that you find on external drives and NAS units. They're created by the device manufacturer and use the Dropbox API to connect. Only the manufacturer can support the app that they include on their device.
