Missing files
Hello all
When I installed the Dropbox app to my new phone. All my files were missing.
What explains this?

You've likely signed in to the wrong account. Either you have more than one or you created a new one instead of signing in to an existing one. Check the email address you used to sign in and make sure it matches the one used for the account with your files.

You were bang - on with your answer. I'd forgotten I had another one linked to a separate email. Having multiple DP's is incentive to evade upgrading to premium.
